You are officially booked in! Now we begin by scheduling your engagement session! During our phone call we have before you officially book, I will ask you a few fun questions about your love story! This helps me serve you better during your engagement session. Then after you book is all we have to do is pick a date and a location!
My engagement sessions are more of a storytelling process is all about curating a session that creatively & uniquely tells your love story. After you book your wedding collection or inquire about a session, you will fill out a detailed questionnaire that helps me better understand the connection between you and your partner. After that's done, I will have you start out by creating a Pinterest board of images that describe the connection between you & your partner! Once that’s pulled together, I will create a moodboard that gives a cohesive vibe that we can use to inspire the imagery we create together. Then we are onto the location! I always encourage clients to pick locations that can best emulate their connection! Whether that's walking peacefully hand in hand through a botanical garden, dancing wildly on the beach or running through the city!
Typically, every wedding starts out with the details! Upon arrival, I gather all of the keepsake items that my couples would like photographed along with the rings! I usually spend about an hour taking detail photos. This gives me a little extra time to get creative and try different things to get the perfect photo. After we photograph the details, we move onto photographing the bride & groom getting ready for the ceremony! Every wedding timeline varies slightly but I include in my packages a custom one-on-one timeline that we build together over Zoom so that we can curate the day to meet your needs!
I sure do! All of my collections are in a payment plan format. 40% is due at booking and the remaining balance is either paid in full 90 days prior to your wedding or pain in monthly installments. For sessions, 40% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the session.
Travel is included in all of my packages for both the engagement session and the wedding for up to 3 hours of travel! Any travel beyond 3 hours, the client is required to cover accommodations for an overnight stay! After a handful of weddings where I was on the road until 4am, I had to put this one in place to ensure my safety on the ride home!
I travel anywhere around the US & worldwide! Destination & elopement packages are available upon request!
Since wedding dates are always up for grabs and I typically have multiple inquiries for every date that I book, the deposit is non-refundable! The non-refundable retainer locks in your date with me to ensure that I will be photographing your wedding!
