First of all, a huge congratulations on finding your person! As a wedding photographer for incredible couples like you, I’m honored and delighted that you’d consider me to play even a small but important part in your beautiful love story.
This season is certainly exciting, but wedding planning can also be stressful and overwhelming. As a wedding photographer, I’m not just here to do a job—I'm here to act as a resource and advocate, supporting you both individually and as a couple.
I created the following guide to give you an overview of what it’s like to work with me and to share more information about the collections and optional add-ons I offer. If you have any additional questions or concerns after reading through it, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email.

If you love the final photos I deliver but don’t love the experience behind them, I haven’t done my job! When you look at your wedding photos, I hope you’ll fondly remember the goofy faces I made to make your little nephew smile, or the hilarious pose I struck to get that perfect angle for a shot. I prioritize communication, connection, and clear expectations throughout the process, so you’ll know exactly what to expect each step of the way, freeing you up to focus on the most important moments of your big day instead of the logistics.

Booking your wedding photographer is one of the most important pieces of creating the wedding of your dreams. Your wedding photos will be an heirloom treasure that you pass down from generation to generation. It's the area most couples want to invest in the most because of this reason! That's why it's so incredibly important to me that our hearts align and I can give you the best experience ever as your photographer.

After reading through this guide, the next step is to book a consultation with me (over the phone or on zoom) to discuss your needs, get to know each other, and chat about which collection is right for you. If you are ready to move forward and want to pass on the zoom call, that works too!
If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, I’ll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once you submit it, your date is secured on my calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your dream wedding photographer!
One of the most exciting & adventurous pieces of hiring me as your wedding photographer are my cinematic storytelling sessions! Each of my engagement sessions are uniquely created around your specific love story. After we are officially booked in, I will follow up to begin the planning process by having you fill out a very detailed questionnaire about the connection between you & your love. I will then have you create a Pinterest board and follow back up with a moodboard as well as a creative concept based on everything we've discussed! This creative concept is how I photograph your connection in a meaningful way that is unique to you & your love. It's a beautiful way to tell your story leading up to the wedding day!
During the weeks and months leading up to your weddings, I’ll act as a personal guide, offering vendor recommendations, tips and tricks, and more. About 3 months before your wedding, we will hop on one final zoom call to create a custom timeline of your wedding day together!
The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! I’ll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while I do my thing!
I’ll send you a few sneak peek photos within a week of your wedding to get you excited, then your full gallery will be delivered 10-12 weeks later. You can download and print them yourself, or I can create an heirloom-quality photo album for you. Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through the photos together and relive the joy of that day all over again!
What is a photograph if it's not printed? I am a huge fan of prints! Matter of fact, I truly believe a photograph is not a photograph until it's on print. I offer a wide range of high resolution canvas prints, heirloom albums, and small format prints which are all available on your online gallery!
I believe that artwork should be displayed and hung on walls as well as printed in albums and shown to all of your friends and family in the most beautiful way possible.
Printing through your photographer makes a world of difference! We have access to the best print labs in the industry. Guaranteeing that the imagery we create together is preserved at the highest of standards. Once you receive your gallery, I will direct you to my print lab located within the gallery to order prints!
What to expect on your wedding day
The more thorough planning we do beforehand, the more you can go on ‘autopilot’ the day of your wedding and simply stay present! I’ve created a sample timeline below to help you visualize the flow of your wedding day as it pertains to photography. We’ll chat about any unique needs/wishes you may have on your zoom call, and then we’ll go over your timeline together several weeks before your wedding to make sure we’re on the same page and ready to go.

If I don't bring an amazing value to you, I simply have not done my job. Each package includes my Cinematic Storytelling session to truly capture the essence of your love story before the big day! With years of experience as a wedding photographer and countless weddings under my belt, you can rest easy knowing that no matter which collection you choose, your big day is in good hands and your final photographs will be frame-worthy for years to come. A Pre-Wedding Styled Bridal Portrait Session is the most unique way to truly capture the elegance and beauty of you wearing your gown with lots of time to create ethereal & whimsical portraits. The timeline on your wedding day is going to be packed full with only a short window of opportunity to focus on bridal portraits!
Together, we will build a creative concept around the vision you have for your wedding day! We begin by filling out a questionnaire, creating a mood board to set the vibe and start creating! Session includes hair & makeup, a two hours in the studio, along with a full gallery that will be included with your wedding collection.
